Spring Break...

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter with your loved ones, I still can not believe summer is just around the corner. Our Easter was very nice, we went to church in the morning with my family and then breakfast and egg hunt at Gramma and Papa's before heading to get together with my sisters in-laws and extended family. It was a beautiful day and Peggi (TJ's Aunt) did a wonderful job putting on a great Easter with so much fun stuff for the kids and even the adults too. It was a nice mellow day, well besides the big quake which was a little scary and so much nicer to get to spend it with those closest to our hearts.

This week my mom and sister have been on spring break and it has been nice to have them around to spend time with during the day. My mom managed to get away from the tax office on Wednesday for a much needed "girls shopping day". We drove to the Cabazon outlet malls and met up with my Grandma (which was awesome) for lunch and some "retail therapy". Grandma was so excited to see the girls and we were happy to get to spend the day with her. Thank you Mom, Grandma & Heather it was so nice to get out and have girl time :). Another week is coming to an end, this weekend we will celebrate my mom's birthday with a family dinner while Anthony heads out for a "guys fishing trip". "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM WE LOVE YOU SOOOO MUCH"!!!! It seems as though the days move as quick as the blink of an eye but we are enjoying every minute.

Next weekend is the Grand Prix Long Beach and Anthony and I are hoping to get a day to just enjoy each other, the weather and most importantly be kid free for just a few hours!! We still haven't proposed that on Grandma but knowing how much she loves our babies I'm sure it won't be a problem at all.

Well it's late & I'm exhausted just wanted to say a quick "hello" and let you know all is well in the Baca house. Oh speaking of house, we have been looking to rent a house in Lakewood, we have been in our condo 5 years now and have just outgrown it and are ready for a yard, and more space. Our condo has been a great home for us but with two little ones now and a very active little boy we need to upgrade. Keep your fingers crossed that we can find good tenants for our condo and find a home to rent soon!!
